B.A / B.Sc Regular Students Registration Forms 

It is notified for the information of all concerned that last date for submission of registration returns of regular students has been fixed as per following schedule:

The following guidelines should be followed while submitting the registration returns:

  1. Only eligible candidates shall be admitted in the relevant discipline.  
  2. All candidates are required to attach SSC,FA/F.Sc or equivalent certificates and DMC’s  two 4x4 size recent photograph a copy of National Identity Card and domicile certificate duly attested. The attestation officer must be the head of the concerned college/institution.
  3. Fee once deposited is neither refundable nor adjustable if the candidate is otherwise eligible.
  4. Every candidate will be required to attach original migration certificate from the Board of Intermediate & Secondary Education where from he/she has passed his/her intermediate/diploma examination.
  5. Incomplete/unsigned form and form without the prescribed fee receipt will not be entertained.
  6. Registration fee should be deposited in:
    1. Any Allied Bank for credit to A/C No. 0047-01-167-0001-8 maintained at ABL Batkhela Branch.
    2. NBP Malakand University Campus Branch only in A/C No. 1-4.
  7. Registration form can also be down loaded from the Downloads Section.  
  8. Subject with complete combination may be mentioned in registration form.
  9. Subject change will not be allowed in any case after completion of Registration process.
  10. Complete detail of teaching staff of the college may also be provided on the enclosed proformae for record and reference.
  11. All private colleges must provide approval of the admitted students from the office of the Registrar University of Malakand along with registration returns.
  12. After the expiry of date of submission of forms with double fee, no form will be entertained by the examination section and the responsibility will rest with the college/institution concerned.
  13. The private affiliated colleges should submit the returns along with approved list of admission duly attested by the Directorate of Admission University of Malakand.
